Before purchasing your 5th Room speaker system it would be a good idea to survey the location where you want to install the speakers and plan where you would like to install the various components such as the speakers and the volume controler. Step1
Selecting the speakers that best suit your area and lifestyle
Choose smaller speakers for small areas or for applications where high output volume is not necessary.
Choose larger speakers for larger areas and for applications where your lifestyle requires more bass and volume.
Step2
Selecting the right speaker wire and the length required
Measure out the distance between your stereo system and the location of the speakers. Don't forget to add about 3 more metres per speaker so that you don’t run short. Remember you need to run 1 speaker wire to each speaker from your amplifier. For high power applications and longer lengths thicker speaker cable is required.
Step3
Selecting the right accessories
Do you require a switch box to select between your indoor Hi-Fi speakers and the outdoor speakers?
Do you need an independent volume control near your outdoor speakers for convenience?
All accessories required are listed across the page.
Step4
Installation
Each product contains instructions and an installation guide.
Technical support is also available from the manufacturer if required.
